Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Team Leader in overseeing end-to-end proposal development processes for complex global projects.
- Provide expert guidance, mentorship, and training to Proposal Coordinators to ensure high-quality output.
- Review and edit proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with company branding and client requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to gather necessary inputs and data for bid submissions.
- Monitor proposal timelines and track progress to ensure all deadlines are met consistently.
- Analyze feedback from unsuccessful bids to identify areas for process improvement and team development.
- Maintain and update proposal templates, document libraries, and best-practice resources.
- Lead team meetings and provide briefings on project requirements during night shift operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in proposal coordination, bid management, or technical writing.
- Proven experience in a lead or senior capacity, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Strong understanding of the proposal lifecycle within the engineering, construction, or consultancy industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
