Tanggung Jawab
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of various pumping systems and related equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot pump malfunctions efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal pump performance
- Maintain tidiness and safety standards in the workshop environment
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Order replacement parts and maintain inventory of necessary tools and materials
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports on repairs and interventions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a pump mechanic or in a similar mechanical role
- Technical or vocational certification in mechanical engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of various pump types, including centrifugal, positive displacement, and submersible pumps
- Familiarity with hydraulic systems, mechanical seals, and bearing applications
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, precision measuring instruments, and hand/power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Certification in safety procedures and workshop best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
