We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Purchasing Executive to join our team in Bukit Minyak, Penang. In this pivotal role, you will manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials to support our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable contracts, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing cycle, from requisition to final delivery.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.
- Develop and maintain a robust supplier base, evaluating performance and managing relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with production teams to prevent stockouts.
- Analyze market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities for raw materials.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a senior purchasing or supply chain role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound financial decisions.
- Knowledge of international trade procedures and logistics.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
