- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including preparing requests for quotation, evaluating supplier offers, and supporting negotiations
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize procurement costs and improve supply chain efficiency
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and favorable terms
- Analyze supplier performance metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and develop appropriate solutions
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor market trends and provide recommendations for cost-saving opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate supplier offers and market trends
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
