- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for materials, tools, and services
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with vendors
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships and performance metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional procurement activities with production teams
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and logistics
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
