Located in Kuala Lumpur, this pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive our procurement strategy and optimize supply chain operations. You'll be instrumental in sourcing high-quality ingredients and materials while ensuring cost-efficiency and vendor compliance. As a key member of our operations team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional departments to align purchasing initiatives with business objectives, implement strategic sourcing initiatives, and maintain robust supplier relationships in a dynamic market environment. This position combines analytical rigor with relationship management to deliver tangible value to our organization.

- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with business goals
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for optimal pricing and terms
- Manage vendor relationships and conduct performance reviews
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Oversee purchasing budget and ensure cost control measures
- Implement procurement best practices and process improvements
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing/food industry
- Proven negotiation and supplier management expertise
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems
- Understanding of supply chain logistics and inventory management
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
