RIANLON MALAYSIA SDN.BHD is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Purchasing Executive to join our dynamic team in Tanjung Langsat, Johor. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the procurement of chemical raw materials and industrial supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Identify, evaluate, and select new suppliers to expand our vendor base and optimize sourcing strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to forecast material needs and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and manage relationships to ensure high service levels.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and finance departments to align purchasing goals with operational targets.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal procurement standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or procurement within the manufacturing or chemical industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of cost savings.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications.
- Deep understanding of local sourcing regulations and compliance requirements in Malaysia.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
