Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for raw materials and services
- Source, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers through RFQ and tender processes
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to optimize cost structures
- Monitor inventory levels and implement just-in-time delivery systems
- Develop and maintain supplier performance metrics and improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and regulatory requirements
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize transportation and warehousing costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Proven negotiation skills with demonstrated cost-saving achievements
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and market reports
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
