Are you a detail-oriented procurement professional looking to elevate your career? Hua Hin Marketing is seeking a highly motivated Senior Purchasing Executive to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As a key player in our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for streamlining our procurement processes and ensuring the seamless acquisition of high-quality materials to support our growing business demands.

In this role, you will act as a bridge between our company and our extensive supplier network, particularly those in Mandarin-speaking regions. You will leverage your negotiation skills to secure the best pricing, manage inventory flow, and monitor supply chain performance. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to final delivery of goods and services.
  • Source, evaluate, and develop relationships with new and existing suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
  • Conduct regular monitoring of CN (Credit Note) processing and supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Negotiate favorable commercial terms, payment conditions, and delivery schedules with vendors.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to prevent stock shortages or excesses.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and industry standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.
  • Mandarin proficiency is mandatory to facilitate communication with regional suppliers.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost-saving initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail regarding financial documentation.
