As a Senior Purchasing professional, you will play a critical role in sourcing fabrics, accessories, and raw materials, negotiating with international and local vendors, and optimizing our procurement strategy. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies for fabrics, trims, and garment accessories.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain long-term relationships with reliable domestic and international garment suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost optimization while maintaining quality standards.
- Analyze market trends and raw material pricing to provide strategic recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
- Monitor and manage supply chain timelines to ensure on-time delivery of materials for production schedules.
- Ensure all purchased materials comply with company quality specifications and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate closely with the production and design teams to understand material requirements and lead times.
- Prepare comprehensive purchasing reports, including order tracking and budgetary analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in garment purchasing or textile procurement.
- In-depth knowledge of garment raw materials, including various types of fabrics, notions, and accessories.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage supplier contracts and optimize procurement costs.
