Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement robust Python-based backend systems using frameworks like Django/Flask
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for high-traffic applications
- Optimize database performance through efficient SQL/NoSQL queries and indexing
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices for maintainability and scalability
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and technical guidance
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional Python development experience with strong OOP fundamentals
- Expertise in at least one major Python framework (Django/Flask/FastAPI)
- Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and caching solutions (Redis)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and serverless architectures
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies (unit, integration, TDD)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with complex algorithmic challenges
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor development teams
