Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for IGA systems, including functional, integration, and regression testing
- Lead post-go-live testing activities to validate system performance and identify critical defects
- Develop detailed test cases, scripts, and documentation aligned with business requirements
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions
- Automate testing processes using industry-standard tools to enhance efficiency
- Conduct risk assessments and prioritize testing activities based on impact analysis
- Generate quality metrics reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in QA testing with 2+ years in senior roles
- Expertise in identity governance, IAM, or SSO systems
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, QTP) and defect tracking tools
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and SDLC processes
- Certified Tester (ISTQB) or equivalent quality assurance certification preferred
- Experience with enterprise-grade testing tools and performance testing
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
