Accion Labs is seeking a high-caliber Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Makati. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the excellence of our software solutions, bridging the gap between cutting-edge development and robust, scalable testing frameworks.
We offer a flexible hybrid work model, requiring you to be onsite in the heart of Ayala, Makati, only 1–2 days per week. You will be working with modern technologies, mentoring junior team members, and driving our automation strategy to ensure seamless deployment cycles.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to define testing requirements.
- Execute complex test scenarios and perform root cause analysis for identified defects.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality throughout the SDLC.
- Continuously integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support rapid release cycles.
- Participate in architectural reviews to ensure system testability and reliability.
- Optimize existing test scripts for better performance, stability, and maintainability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in QA Automation.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
- Strong experience in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
- Deep knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
