Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full functional testing lifecycle for Oracle EBS and Oracle Service Cloud implementations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts to ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, to refine business requirements and functional designs.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
- Provide expert guidance on performance optimization and scalable configuration for enterprise cloud solutions.
- Mentor junior QA team members and promote best practices in quality engineering and DevOps.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) coordination and provide post-deployment support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in QA consulting specifically for Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) and Oracle Service Cloud.
- Deep understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle database queries (SQL/PL-SQL) for data validation and reporting.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, OATS, or equivalent framework integration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of troubleshooting complex enterprise-level functional issues.
