Tanggung Jawab
- Define, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for complex software projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance on both manual and automated testing best practices.
- Design, build, and maintain robust automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure requirements are testable and clear.
- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis for identified issues and track them through the entire bug lifecycle.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality and rapid deployment.
- Manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle within an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Stay current with industry trends and implement innovative QA tools and methodologies to improve efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance with a focus on leadership.
- Proven expertise in developing automated test scripts using Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Extensive experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or Cucumber.
- Strong knowledge of API testing tools and libraries like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.
- Experience with performance testing tools and mobile application testing (iOS/Android).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- ISTQB or similar professional QA certification is highly preferred.
