Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for complex web and mobile applications.
- Champion quality throughout the software development lifecycle, participating in design reviews and requirements refinement.
- Build, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks and suites using modern tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and designers to identify and resolve defects early in the cycle.
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform root cause analysis on production issues and implement preventive measures to minimize recurrence.
- Mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance and sharing best practices in testing and automation.
- Analyze test results, track quality metrics, and provide clear, actionable reports to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on automation.
- Deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Proven experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Strong programming skills in at least one language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#).
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) is a plus.
