Our client is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to act as the primary quality authority within their dynamic delivery team in Malaysia. Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and implement comprehensive testing strategies covering functional, performance, security, and scalability aspects.
- Lead QA efforts within the delivery team, ensuring rigorous standards are met across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of quality-first development.
- Collaborate closely with product owners and developers to define clear acceptance criteria and edge cases.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks to increase deployment velocity.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and potential risks in system architecture before they reach production.
- Perform root cause analysis on production incidents to implement long-term preventative measures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on automated testing.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Deep experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, Locust) and security scanning tools.
- Proven track record of working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Expertise in cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for knowledge sharing.
