Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance systems and procedures
- Conduct product inspections, supplier audits, and process validations
- Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Maintain and update quality documentation and compliance standards
- Train and mentor junior QA staff on quality protocols
- Analyze quality metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality management systems
- Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D problem-solving)
- Experience with supplier quality management and audits
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
