Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality management systems
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis
- Certification in Six Sigma or Quality Engineering preferred
- Experience with QA software and testing tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
