Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive First Article Inspections (FAI) for new product launches
- Manage quality claims, supplier audits, and customer complaint resolutions
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations and corrective action implementation
- Support production teams with real-time quality issue resolution
- Update quality standards and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
- Coordinate quality assurance meetings with stakeholders
- Supervise QA team members and conduct performance evaluations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in QA role within electronics manufacturing
- ISO 9001/14001 lead auditor certification preferred
- Proficiency in quality management software (e.g., QMS, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) methodologies
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
