Rising Tide Digital is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Selenium Tester to join our dynamic team in Taguig City. In this pivotal role, you will drive our quality assurance efforts by designing robust automated test scripts and executing comprehensive test plans. You will be instrumental in identifying software defects early in the development lifecycle, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. We are looking for a proactive professional who can bridge the gap between development and quality assurance, contributing to a seamless user experience across all our digital platforms.
As a Senior QA, you will take ownership of our testing strategies, mentor junior testers, and ensure that our software releases are delivered with zero critical bugs. Your expertise in automation will help us reduce manual testing efforts and accelerate our CI/CD pipelines.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java or Python.
- Execute manual and automated test plans to ensure software quality, functionality, and stability.
- Identify, document, and track software defects in JIRA or similar bug tracking tools with high precision.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to troubleshoot issues and implement effective fixes.
- Integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Perform regression testing and smoke testing for new releases and feature updates.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve application stability and user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, specifically with Selenium automation.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python.
- Experience with RESTful API testing (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and test-driven development (TDD) principles.
- Knowledge of database testing (SQL) and cross-browser compatibility testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
