Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for complex software applications
- Lead defect management processes using industry-standard tools like JIRA and TestRail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to ensure seamless integration of quality assurance processes
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for testing methodologies
- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using frameworks like Selenium and Cypress
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and provide actionable recommendations for prevention
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools (Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, Postman)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience mentoring junior QA engineers and fostering team collaboration
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
