Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive testing and analysis of biological products using advanced analytical techniques
- Perform raw material testing, in-process controls, and finished product release testing
- Develop, validate, and execute analytical methods for biologics characterization
- Document all testing activities accurately and maintain detailed laboratory records
- Investigate out-of-specification results and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GCP, and other regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
- Mentor junior chemists and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, specifically with biologics or pharmaceutical products
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques including HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, SDS-PAGE, and ELISA
- Familiarity with cGMP regulations and quality management systems
- Experience in method development, validation, and troubleshooting
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
