- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management processes and procedures
- Conduct internal quality audits and prepare for external audits
- Manage corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues
- Train staff on quality procedures and best practices
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related problems
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management systems
- Certified QMS Auditor (ISO 9001) is preferred
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards
- Experience in conducting internal and external audits
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in quality management software and tools
