Are you a detail-oriented engineering professional looking to make a significant impact in the aviation industry? Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to serve as the focal point for our quality operations. In this pivotal role, you will drive the implementation of strategic quality initiatives and accelerate the maturation of our Quality Management System (QMS). We are looking for a leader who is passionate about maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and excellence in aerospace manufacturing.
As the Senior Quality Engineer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be vital in fostering a culture of quality across the organization, ensuring that our products meet the rigorous demands of the global market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and drive the implementation of strategic quality initiatives to improve overall system maturity.
- Oversee the daily operations and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Conduct internal quality audits, supplier assessments, and non-conformance investigations.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive quality documentation and reports.
- Partner with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure strict compliance with relevant aerospace standards, including AS9100 and ISO 9001.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Quality Engineering, preferably within the aerospace or aviation sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and aerospace quality standards.
- Proven experience in root cause analysis, corrective action, and preventive action (CAPA).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
