Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control protocols for manufacturing processes
- Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective action initiatives for quality deviations
- Coordinate supplier quality audits and manage vendor compliance programs
- Train and mentor junior engineers on quality assurance methodologies
- Analyze quality metrics using statistical tools to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead cross-functional quality improvement projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering within manufacturing
- Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D, MSA)
- Certification in Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or CQE preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation expertise
- Experience with ERP/QMS systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
