Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 and aerospace-specific standards.
- Conduct comprehensive audits of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished goods to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations for product defects and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet strict quality criteria and reliability requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement projects utilizing Six Sigma methodologies and lean manufacturing principles.
- Prepare detailed quality reports, inspection records, and regulatory documentation for internal and external audits.
- Train and mentor junior quality engineers and production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in quality assurance within the Aerospace or high-precision manufacturing industry.
- Deep knowledge of aerospace quality standards such as AS9100 and FAA regulations.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and quality management software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, production, and management teams.
