Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute wafer quality control procedures for semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) of wafer defects using statistical process control (SPC) methodologies
- Collaborate with process engineers to implement corrective actions and preventive measures
- Develop and maintain quality documentation including inspection reports and SOPs
- Train production teams on quality standards and contamination control protocols
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and SEMI standards
- Optimize yield improvement through data-driven quality enhancement strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor wafer manufacturing quality engineering
- Expertise in wafer inspection techniques (SEM, TEM, optical microscopy)
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (Minitab, JMP) and SPC methodologies
- Certification in Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred) or CQE
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes (lithography, etching, deposition)
- Experience leading cross-functional quality improvement projects
