Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP standards
- Lead supplier quality audits and establish vendor qualification protocols
- Oversee product testing, inspection processes, and corrective action implementation
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage internal quality audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related bottlenecks
- Mentor QA staff and conduct quality training programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in quality management within food manufacturing
- Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Proven experience implementing ISO 22000/HACCP systems
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quality control software
- Excellent leadership and cross-departmental collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of Malaysian food safety regulations and export requirements
