Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) tailored to electronics manufacturing standards.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and the formulation of effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformance issues.
- Monitor and audit production processes to ensure strict compliance with ISO standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage supplier quality assurance, including vendor evaluations, incoming material inspections, and process audits.
- Conduct regular internal quality audits and support the organization in maintaining external certifications such as ISO 9001.
- Mentor and lead the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Liaise effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and management, to resolve quality-related issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in Quality Management within the electronics manufacturing sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies, Lean Manufacturing, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Experience in managing ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 certifications is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in leading quality improvement projects and handling complex customer complaints.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and data analysis tools.
