This is a critical leadership role where you will drive the strategic planning, development, execution, and compliance of our corporate Quality Management System (QMS).

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and direct the strategic planning and deployment of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS9100 standards.
- Oversee all quality aspects of Mechanical and PCBA manufacturing processes, including incoming inspection, in-process quality control, and final product acceptance.
- Drive the development and execution of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), PFMEA, Control Plans, and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) for new product introductions (NPI).
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Quality Engineers, Supervisors, and Technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Act as the primary quality interface for key customers, managing quality-related communications, conducting business reviews, and driving corrective actions (8D, CAPA).
- Champion Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving initiatives to eliminate systemic quality issues and reduce cost of poor quality (COPQ).
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as DPPM, First Pass Yield (FPY), scrap rates, and OTD to track and improve quality performance.
- Collaborate with global supply chain teams to evaluate, qualify, and improve supplier quality performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field. A Master’s Degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive Quality Management experience in a high-volume EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) environment, with specific expertise in both Mechanical and PCBA processes.
- Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) are strongly preferred.
- Deep working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, or IATF 16949 quality management system standards.
- Proven experience with Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) and structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, DMAIC, Ishikawa, FMEA).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams and global locations.
- Experience in a customer-facing role with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a distinct advantage for interfacing with regional supply chain.
