- Lead end-to-end quality assurance processes for shared services operations
- Develop, implement, and audit quality management systems aligned with ISO standards
- Drive process optimization through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Train and mentor staff on quality protocols and best practices
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Quality Management
- 5+ years of quality assurance experience in shared services or manufacturing
- Certification in Six Sigma (Black/Green Belt) or CQA/CQE preferred
- Expertise in ISO 9001 and quality management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with quality management software (e.g., SAP QM, Greenlight Guru)
- Proven leadership ability in cross-functional environments
