You will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement across all operations. This is an urgent hiring opportunity for a candidate ready to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection protocols for construction and supply projects
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory and company quality standards
- Monitor and verify quantities of materials, workmanship, and installation against project specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and records in accordance with standards
- Identify non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations on site
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior QA/QC staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in QA/QC engineering within construction, mining, or energy projects
- Proficient in quality standards such as ISO 9001 and relevant Philippine construction codes
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with inspection and testing equipment is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines
- Professional engineering license or relevant certifications is a strong advantage
