As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive commercial and contractual expertise. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all project costings, from initial estimates and tender preparation to final accounts.
- Monitor project expenditure and perform monthly cost reporting to ensure budget compliance.
- Prepare and manage sub-contractor tender documents, evaluations, and contract administration.
- Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, variations, and potential cost implications.
- Negotiate and resolve contractual claims, disputes, and variations with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of progress claims and payment certifications.
- Provide strategic commercial advice to project management teams to maximize project profitability.
- Maintain comprehensive records of project documentation, material quantities, and site adjustments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial or data centre construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of local construction laws, regulations, and standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC).
- Excellent proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, AIQS, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
