Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation for large-scale construction projects.
- Manage the full procurement process, including tender analysis, negotiations, and the appointment of sub-contractors.
- Administer construction contracts, ensuring all parties adhere to agreed-upon terms, conditions, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify work completed for interim payment applications.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, cost reconciliations, and cash flow projections for management review.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to mitigate financial risks and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Handle final accounts, dispute resolution, and contractual claims with professionalism and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction or real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of local construction standards, building regulations, and contract law.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets effectively and handle complex tender processes.
- Proficiency in specialized QS software (e.g., CostX, Glodon, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, AIQS, or similar) is highly regarded.
