Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end R&D project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate closely with product planning teams to align R&D roadmaps with global market requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement processes to enhance R&D efficiency and streamline development workflows.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis and resource allocation to ensure optimal project financial performance.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
- Identify and mitigate technical and project-related risks throughout the development process.
- Manage documentation and compliance standards to meet internal and external quality benchmarks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in R&D project management, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Proven track record in managing product life cycles from conception to production.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex engineering concepts into project roadmaps.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or SAP) and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global corporate environment.
- Professional certification such as PMP or Prince2 is highly desirable.
