Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end M&A transactions including due diligence, negotiation, and documentation
- Advise on corporate governance structures and regulatory compliance across SEA jurisdictions
- Develop and implement legal strategies for market entry and expansion initiatives
- Manage contract lifecycle for commercial agreements and joint ventures
- Provide day-to-day legal support to regional business units and senior leadership
- Oversee external counsel relationships and legal budget optimization
- Monitor legislative changes and assess impact on business operations
Kualifikasi
- Qualified lawyer with 8+ years post-qualification experience
- Proven track record in SEA M&A transactions across multiple jurisdictions
- Deep understanding of corporate/commercial law in Singapore and SEA markets
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in complex commercial agreements
- Ability to operate effectively in matrixed MNC environments
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa beneficial
- Admission to a relevant bar association (Singapore/UK/AUS/US preferred)
