- End-to-end project management for e-commerce payment system implementations
- Develop and enforce regulatory compliance frameworks for financial institutions
- Conduct financial risk assessments for payment processing infrastructure
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Implement PCI DSS and regional financial regulatory requirements
- Design fraud prevention and transaction monitoring systems
- Produce risk mitigation strategies for cross-border payment flows
- Mentor junior consultants on regulatory technology best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in project management with financial technology focus
- Deep knowledge of payment systems (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, local e-wallets)
- Certification in PMP, CISA, or equivalent risk management credentials
- Experience with Bank Negara Malaysia regulations and PCI DSS standards
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and compliance auditing
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical and business teams
- Expertise in agile methodologies for fintech project delivery
