Join Renesas' Global Reliability Lab as a Senior Reliability Technician and play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and durability of our cutting-edge semiconductor products. In this hands-on position, you will conduct rigorous reliability testing, analyze failure mechanisms, and implement corrective actions to enhance product performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive reliability testing procedures (HALT, HASS, ESS) on semiconductor components
- Analyze test data to identify root causes of failures and recommend design improvements
- Develop and maintain reliability test plans aligned with industry standards (JEDEC, IPC)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement reliability enhancements
- Document test procedures, results, and reliability reports with precision
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy
- Lead reliability investigations for product returns and field failures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering or testing
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor failure analysis techniques
- Proficiency in reliability testing methodologies and statistical analysis
- Familiarity with JEDEC and IPC reliability standards
- Experience with test equipment (ESD, ESS, HASS chambers)
- Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
