Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-tier customer requests and ensure timely, accurate resolution.
- Extract, clean, and analyze large volumes of complex datasets to support business objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and automate reporting dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Optimize ETL processes and data pipelines to improve overall system performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Reporting, Business Intelligence, or Data Analysis role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical findings.
- Experience working in a remote environment with a proven track record of managing night shift schedules.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plus.
