Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute end-to-end IPO research projects, from initial screening to final report delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive macroeconomic and industry-specific analysis to identify key investment opportunities.
- Develop sophisticated financial models and valuation frameworks to support advisory services.
- Prepare high-quality, client-facing research reports, presentations, and market commentary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research accuracy and meet tight deadlines.
- Monitor market movements, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of the research team's methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in equity research, investment banking, or financial consulting.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel functions, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data simply.
- CFA designation or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Deep understanding of the Malaysian capital market and IPO processes.
