We are seeking a talented (Senior) Research Engineer to lead cutting-edge projects that shape the future of human-robot collaboration.
In this role, you will develop and implement advanced robotics AI solutions that enable safe, efficient, and intuitive interactions between humans and machines. Your work will directly contribute to real-world applications in manufacturing, logistics, and emerging industrial sectors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement autonomous navigation and control algorithms for robotic systems
- Build computer vision and perception systems to enable robust environment awareness and object recognition
- Develop and optimize algorithms using ROS/ROS2 frameworks for real-time robotic applications
- Conduct research and experimentation on human-robot interaction safety protocols and collaborative workspace design
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers
- Document research findings, prepare technical reports, and present results to stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to team capability development
Kualifikasi
- Master's or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
- Proven experience in autonomous systems development and robotics frameworks (ROS/ROS2)
- Strong proficiency in computer vision, deep learning, and sensor fusion techniques
- Solid programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages
- Experience with simulation tools and hardware-in-the-loop testing methodologies
- Track record of publishing research papers or delivering industry projects preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and creative thinking approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in collaborative research environments
