- Design, develop, and optimize advanced predictive analytics algorithms and software frameworks.
- Conduct in-depth research and experimentation to validate novel methodologies in data modeling.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into scalable engineering solutions.
- Lead technical projects, ensuring deliverables meet high standards of quality and performance.
- Document research methodologies, technical specifications, and results for publication and patent applications.

Kualifikasi
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of research experience, preferably in predictive modeling, machine learning, or high-performance computing.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB, with experience in data science libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex, open-ended technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in publishing research papers in reputable peer-reviewed journals or conferences.
