Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering; Master's or PhD preferred
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering or related field
- Expertise in tool integration, process automation, and equipment diagnostics
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
- Proficiency in engineering software (CAD, simulation tools) and programming
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering projects
