Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute complex research projects in offshore engineering and marine hydrodynamics.
- Design and conduct advanced numerical simulations and physical model testing for offshore structures.
- Develop innovative solutions to improve the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of marine operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical research into practical industrial applications.
- Mentor junior research engineers and oversee the quality of project deliverables.
- Draft technical reports, research papers, and grant proposals for local and international funding bodies.
- Present research findings at industry conferences and technical forums to key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree or PhD in Naval Architecture, Ocean Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in offshore and marine research or consultancy.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as ANSYS, OrcaFlex, Star-CCM+, or similar CFD tools.
- Strong background in fluid-structure interaction (FSI) and wave-structure interaction analysis.
- Proven track record of project management and delivery within a research or industrial environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-experts.
