Tanggung Jawab
- Lead complex research and development projects related to offshore and marine engineering systems.
- Design and oversee experimental testing protocols within state-of-the-art laboratory environments.
- Analyze complex engineering data using advanced modeling and simulation tools to optimize offshore structures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and industry partners to translate research concepts into viable technological solutions.
- Develop technical documentation, research papers, and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in marine engineering.
- Ensure all research activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical, Civil, Marine, or Offshore Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant industry or academic research experience in offshore structures or marine technology.
- Proficiency in computational modeling software such as ANSYS, ABAQUS, or OrcaFlex.
- Strong background in hydrodynamics, structural mechanics, or materials science related to marine environments.
- Proven track record of project management and the ability to deliver technical milestones on time.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
