Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute advanced research projects focused on offshore engineering and marine technology.
- Develop and validate numerical models using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and industry partners to solve complex engineering challenges.
- Analyze experimental data and simulation results to generate actionable insights and technical reports.
- Publish research findings in reputable journals and present at international conferences.
- Assist in the supervision of junior researchers and graduate students.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s or PhD degree in Civil, Offshore, or Ocean Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant research or industrial experience in offshore structures.
- Proficiency in simulation tools such as ANSYS, ABAQUS, or STAR-CCM+.
- Strong programming skills in Python or MATLAB for data analysis and automation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Proven track record of publishing technical papers.
