- Design and architect robust, scalable data processing systems tailored for maritime and offshore applications.
- Develop and optimize AI/ML models to transform complex datasets into actionable insights and visual representations.
- Collaborate with domain scientists and engineers to integrate cutting-edge technologies into real-world operational workflows.
- Lead code reviews and technical mentoring for junior researchers and engineering teams.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization across cloud and on-premise environments.

Kualifikasi
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in software engineering, data architecture, or applied research.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Extensive experience with data pipeline frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Airflow) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Kafka).
- Proven track record in deploying AI/ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
