Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of medium-scale R&D projects within the manufacturing technology domain.
- Engage with industry partners to identify technical requirements and align project deliverables with commercial objectives.
- Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of research milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional research teams, facilitating knowledge sharing and technical problem-solving.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and technical outcomes to internal stakeholders and senior management.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical industrial implementation through effective project oversight.
- Maintain high standards of research integrity and technical excellence across all project phases.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s or PhD degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in research and development, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven track record in managing technical projects and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of R&D methodologies, quality control, and industrial project management tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and solve complex technical challenges.
- Experience in A*STAR or similar national-level research environments is highly advantageous.
