Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement robust process control methodologies for advanced semiconductor fabrication (FAB) environments.
- Conduct statistical process control (SPC) analysis to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to translate theoretical concepts into practical process improvements.
- Lead experimental campaigns and perform detailed root cause analysis for process variations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Interpret complex data sets to drive decision-making and process engineering solutions.
Kualifikasi
- PhD or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor process control, yield engineering, or process engineering.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes, including lithography, etching, deposition, and CMP.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab, MATLAB) and data visualization.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced R&D setting.
